Robojudge has arrived! Integrating AI into sensitive decision-making transforms ethics and law. AI decision-making systems are built on prescriptive ethics, which dictate how people should behave. Systems then enforce embedded norms, creating hard normative ethics that society requires. AI-powered decision-making systems make decisions that corporations, the judiciary, and other influential bodies adopt. This paper examines how prescriptive ethics in AI decision-making systems enforces specified behaviors. We also discuss the risks of defining such software's content and the rapid transition from ethical theory to legal and societal norms in an AI-influenced society.
